Last night at Madison Square Garden, the 2007 Screamfest tour rolled into New York City, and brought such superstars as Ciara, T.I., and Swizz Beatz to perform in front of a packed house.  50 Cent was also present as he performed alongside Ciara for her hit single "Can't Leave Him Alone," however the G-Unit general made even bigger headlines today after appearing on stage during Kanye West's performance, even taking time out to hug Kanye and nod his head as Kanye performed the hit single "Can't Tell Me Nothing."

Jay-Z was also present for the performance, as only seconds earlier he had appeared alongside T.I. to drop his verse in T.I.'s hit single, "Watch What You Say."  Jay then proceeded to let the crowd know that the ROC was in the building, however walking gingerly down the stage was none other than 50 Cent, who then decided to take what appeared to be victory laps around the stage, pumping his fist in the air.  Kanye then emerged from the backdrop to the sounds of "Can't Tell Me Nothing," hyping the crowd with every word as 50, Jay, T.I., and even Diddy, who happened to run on stage, played to the crowd.

50 Cent was not on the bill as a performer however did perform alongside Ciara, as well as performed his hit single "I Get Money," to which LLoyd Banks, Mobb Deep, Tony Yayo, and Hot Rod joined 50 for the performance.

It is yet to be determined whether 50's appearance during Kanye's set was planned or whether 50 was attempting to bully his way into Kanye's performance, but from the look of the performance Kanye didn't seem to be bothered by 50's antics.  Check out a portion of the performance below......
