It's no secret that former Miss World and Bollywood actress is seen by most as one of the most beautiful women in the world.  The light blue eyes, coupled with an adorable smile, has allowed Aishwarya Rai to cross the cultural boundaries and become the covergirl for Indian cinema as well.  It seems that whenever a list of the world's most beautiful women comes around, Aishwarya finds herself in high regards, and to no surprise, in the latest issue of "Harpers and Queen," the starlet captured the 9th position out of 100 women as the 9th most beautiful women in the world today.

Aishwarya Rai ranked higher in the "Harpers and Queen" July 2007 issue than some of America's hottest superstars, beating such superstars as Scarlett Johanson and Beyonce, and even higher than Brazilian supermodel Gisele Bundchen.  Of course coming in at number 1 as the most beautiful woman in the world today was none other than miss Angelina Jolie - Pitt, whom many consider number 1 without much argument.  The top 10 most beautiful women in the world today, according to "Harpers and Queen" can be seen below, and was reportedly compiled from app. 1000 experts in the fields of fashion, arts, and media.
