Satish Manshinde, Sanjay Dutt's attorney, has released a statement and has confirmed that the imprisoned Bollywood star has in fact made bail, and will be released from prison in Pune, India. |

After spending nearly 20 days in prison, Bollywood star Sanjay Dutt can breathe a small sigh of relief as the star learned today that his bail had been approved, and will most likely be released from the Yerawada Jail in Pune, India tomorrow morning.
In an issued statement to Indiafm.com, Sanjay's attorney Satish Manshide stated that "Yes, he has got the bail," however sources have also stated that Sanjay's passport has been seized, and the star will not be allowed to leave India until further notice.
The bail agreement was issued by Judge Chief Justice K G Balakrishnan, and states that Sanjay Dutt will have to appear at the local police station once a week for check-in, until the TADA Court in India can supply Judge Balakrishan with the judgement papers against Dutt. Once the judgement papers against Dutt have been received, Sanjay will have to surrender at which time he will be allowed to apply for regular bail.
